- Injection Mold Repair - CTD can repair injection molds up to 20 tons per cavity, performing all welding, machining, EDM and test shots, up to 1500 ton. We provide fast turn-around because we work 7days a week 24 hours a day (24/7).
- Mold Design & Engineering - CTD does both stand alone and turnkey package mold design and engineering. We can work with a concept, prototype, your prints or assist at any step in the process. We use solid modeling and 3 dimensional designs and detailing - reducing the machining time the mold spends on the manufacturing floor. With over 50 year's experience, we are proactive with design and engineering suggestions to "keep you out of trouble" and ensure delivery of the correct mold or finished plastic part.

Plastic Parts Molding and Production - CTD is staffed, equipped and ready for plastic parts production in any quantity, 150 ton to 1880 ton. We also do assembly and secondary operations to better serve our customers.
