Injection Mold Builders – A Case Study

Plastic mold building requires skill and precision. CTD offers both in the design and building of headlight lens and reflector molds for the automotive and ATV industries. These lenses must have precise refractive properties designed and built into the mold. CTD can ensure that your part is finished with the proper refractive capabilities. Great care is taken throughout the plastic mold building process to insure the final production product will pass federal standards, not only in the US, but also UK, Japan, and other major market areas.
