Short Run Production
No job is too small for CTD Molding Group. CTD will build your prototype or production molds and run your production turnkey art to parts.
Sample Your Tooling
CTD Molding Group will break into our production schedule to sample your molds.
Long Run Production
CTD Molding Group will run long production on your tooling or do turn key design, mold build, samples, engineering, changes, production, ship parts.
Production & Assembly
CTD Molding Group will run your production (long or short run) and assemble your parts for shipping direct to your customer.
Direct Ship
CTD Molding Group will assemble & ship parts to your customer directly from our plant.

CTD Molding Group is currently working on ISO 9001-2000 Certification and will be complete by January, 2006. We have a group of associates that check and insure every shipment meets or exceeds your requirements.

Gas Assist
Cambridge Molding Group does gas assist on medical cart parts. This is used to keep larger drawer trays flat & strong. Gas assist is also used to remove material weight from a part. Call for information: Tom Russell - 740-432-7328 X 28.
Mold Storage
Cambridge Tool and Die Molding Group stores all of our customers' molds in the mold storage area. Each mold, when returned to the storage area, is tagged for repairs or insert changes. Our in-house mold shop can then re-build or repair your mold. Your molds are treated properly – all molds are painted and numbered for proper ID.

We have two mold set technicians on each shift to insure your mold is set and processed properly.
CTD Molding Group runs a 3 shift operation, 5 days a week. We will run 7 days when needed.
